Saturday 1st August 1pm - 4pm. This beginner-friendly course is designed to guide you step-by-step through the entire process, turning what feels complicated into something completely achievable.

Whether you’re looking to refresh your own home, develop a valuable new skill, or take the first step toward a creative business, this course will give you the knowledge, techniques and confidence to do it properly.

What You’ll Learn:

- How to measure windows correctly for a professional finish
- Understanding curtain headings and choosing the right one
- Fabric selection, lining, and interlining basics
- Calculating fabric quantities accurately
- Cutting and preparing your fabric
- Sewing techniques for neat, durable seams
- Creating beautifully finished, fully lined curtains
- Pressing and finishing techniques for a high-end look

By the end of the course, you’ll have completed your own sample-size curtain panel and understand the full process from measuring to hanging!

- Curtain fabric
- Curtain lining
- Curtain heading tape
- Penny weights
- Workshop notes
- Iron to help press folds and hems
- Sewing machine to attach heading tape
- Expert tutoring

- Guided notes

- Sharp pair of fabric scissors
- Soft measuring tape
- Thread
- Fabric pins
- Hand sewing needles
- Fabric marker/pencil
- Pen
- Notebook
